Online Film School: A New Way to Learn Filmmaking
Modeled on Tisch’s renowned film school curriculum and powered by a dynamic, state-of-the-art platform, our courses offer the ideal combination of traditional guidance with online flexibility.
Synchronous or Asynchronous Programs
Our online film courses fall into two categories, each optimized for a different kind of student.
Synchronous programs include best-of-breed video lectures from NYU professors and industry professionals; live one-on-one meetings with instructors; and collaborative peer sessions. They replicate much of the pace and interaction of an in-person class.
Asynchronous programs feature exclusive video lectures that students can watch on their own schedules; self-guided exercises; and written feedback from instructors. This is an ideal choice for busy students with packed schedules.
